COOKING RECIPE AS PER 60 GRAM
Ground / Minced meat 1 kg / 2.2 lbs - Onions 3 medium / 300 g finely chopped
Garlic Paste 1 - 2 tablespoons - Ginger Paste 1 - 2 tablespoons
Green Chilies 3 - 4 medium finely chopped - Cooking Oil 1 cup / 175 ml
Cilantro / Fresh Coriander 2 tablespoons chopped - Tomatoes 2 medium / 150 g diced
SHAN KEEMA MIX 1 PACKET, MIX IN ½ CUP WATER
STEPS OF COOKING
- Heat oil, fry onions until transparent, add garlic paste, ginger paste, Shan Keema Mix and ground / minced meat. Stir fry until liquid nearly dries.
- Add tomatoes and 1 - 2 cups water. Cover and cook on low heat (20-30 minutes) until mince is tender.
- Add green chilies, fresh coriander and cook until oil separates. Stir frequently.
- For Gravy: Add 1 - 2 cups water and bring to boil. Then simmer on low heat for 10 minutes. If desired remove excessive oil before serving. Serving suggestion: Serve with hot roti / naan
