COOKING RECIPE AS PER 100 GRAM
Meat 500 g cubes - Onions 300 g 3 medium finely sliced - Tomatoes 1 medium, finely diced -Garlic Paste 1 tablespoon - Ginger Paste 1 tablespoon - Oil ½
MEAT MASALA MIX 2 - 3 TABLESPOONS
STEPS OF COOKING
- Heat oil fry the onions for few minutes.
- Add meat, garlic, ginger paste and Shan Meat Masala Mix. Stir fry for a few minutes.
- Add tomato, stir fry and add 4 cups of water. Cover and cook on low heat until meat is tender.
- Increase heat, stir and cook until the oil separates from masala. For desired gravy, if necessary, add appropriate amount of water.
