Shan Special Brain Masala helps you prepare delicious and authentic stir fried spicy brain masala at home. Mix for stir fried spicy brain curry.

COOKING RECIPE                  AS PER 50G GRAM

Brain, (goat?) 2 whole, 250 g - Onion 1 medium, finely diced - Garlic Paste 1 tablespoon

Ginger 1 tablespoon fine strips / julienne - Green Chilies 1 - 2 tablespoons chopped

Cilantro / Fresh Coriander 3 tablespoons chopped - Oil / Ghee ¾ cup / 100 ml

Butter 2 - 3 tablespoons

SHAN SPECIAL BRAIN MASALA MIX 2 TABLESPOONS

STEPS OF COOKING

  1. Boil he brain in water for 10 minutes and discard the water. Remove top lining on the brain and chop it into small pieces.
  2. Heat oil / ghee and fry the onion until light golden. Add garlic, ginger, green chilies, and Shan Special Brain Masala Mix mixed in 2 tablespoons of water. Stir fry for 2 - 3 minutes.
  3. Add the boiled brain and stir fry continuously for about 5 - 7 minutes.
  4. Add green coriander, butter and stir. Serve with naans.
