COOKING RECIPE AS PER 50G GRAM
Brain, (goat?) 2 whole, 250 g - Onion 1 medium, finely diced - Garlic Paste 1 tablespoon
Ginger 1 tablespoon fine strips / julienne - Green Chilies 1 - 2 tablespoons chopped
Cilantro / Fresh Coriander 3 tablespoons chopped - Oil / Ghee ¾ cup / 100 ml
Butter 2 - 3 tablespoons
SHAN SPECIAL BRAIN MASALA MIX 2 TABLESPOONS
STEPS OF COOKING
- Boil he brain in water for 10 minutes and discard the water. Remove top lining on the brain and chop it into small pieces.
- Heat oil / ghee and fry the onion until light golden. Add garlic, ginger, green chilies, and Shan Special Brain Masala Mix mixed in 2 tablespoons of water. Stir fry for 2 - 3 minutes.
- Add the boiled brain and stir fry continuously for about 5 - 7 minutes.
- Add green coriander, butter and stir. Serve with naans.
